Phillip has been a Real Estate Agent/Broker since 1984.  He and his wife graduated from Tarkington and have been residents in the Greater Cleveland area for over 30 years.  Phillip has worked hard to gain his status of being named a Top Producer in the Greater Houston Area and #1 Listing and Selling Agent for Liberty County in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.(source: Houston Association of Realtors) His philosophy is to combine new real estate technology with good old fashion service.  Phillip also serves his community by serving on the Tarkington ISD School Board, member of the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, member of the Rotary Club and helping to coach community sports.
